I’ve stayed there twice recently and loved it. I didn’t realize that was a fridge underneath the mini-bar table. Bummer! I could have used that for my yogurt that I had to do without while I was there. Also, all the rooms are slightly different. I’ve stayed in four different ones. Even the ones that don’t have floor-to-ceiling windows are nice, as long as it isn’t an “interior” room that looks out onto a dismal light well. In fact, I preferred the regular-windowed rooms because the temp stayed more constant. Some of the rooms have small art pieces. Some have a halo-lit headboard which provides a nice ambiance. I agree it could use a full length mirror and they could put that inside the closet. Staff are mostly fantastic. Thanks for the peek!

The lobby areas are fantastic IMHO. A quiet oasis from the hubub of NYC. They are like little living rooms. Very intimate and comfortable. You can even have breakfast in that part of the lobby. The music in the public areas was 100% to my liking. Slightly upbeat, unobtrusive, chill and calming. Overall a very tasteful concept of a hotel.

We have booked a trip to the States next year which ends in New York, we will check out the hotel to see if it is near where we need to be, thanks. We will also check out some of the places in your recent New York vlog..
