We stayed at the Sofitel Gatwick London Hotel the night before we flew on our holiday to Cuba. We had two members of our party in wheelchairs and the hotel is connected by a walkway so getting to the airport was very easy. We stayed in standard room 114 and here is a look around our room.
We booked our stay through Booking.com and you can book your stay through our travel blog here http://paulandcarolelovetotravel.com/…

Beautiful view guys! Guess you can’t expect much more from an airport hotel. You’re right, it isn’t the biggest room but it looks cosy enough and the bed looks real comfy! Thanks for sharing
nice review…the bed looks comfy! ~sara
Ahhh I love the Sofitel chain of hotels but haven’t stayed at this one! Might have to keep it in mind for the future!
Like the room plus the close proximity to London’s Gatwick Airport.
Not such a stunning view because of the parking lot but that sky looks beautiful!! It’s awesome that it’s so close to the airport 😀 That bed honestly looks so comfy!
I have a one night layover in Gatwick as Norwegian airlines has direct flights to my hometown from Gatwick , the room looks great for a night stay, also I checked prices on line, not too expensive. Thanks for the review.
Looks like this hotel served it’s purpose and had all the general things you needed 🙂
Despite the car park the sky looked incredible! I agree, I think I’d expect something a little more plush seeing as it’s a Sofitel, but for one night at the airport I guess it doesn’t really matter. It did look cosy and comfortable though!
